In honor of National Peanut Butter Lover’s Day I thought that I would share a recipe that incorporates peanut butter. I don’t know about you, but I am one of those people who can just eat a spoonful of peanut butter. Needless to say I love peanut butter! I love it with apples, celery, on crackers, on bread, and so much more. So I was ecstatic when I discovered a way to sneak some peanut butter into a drink. Here is the recipe, nice and simple.
You will need:
1 cup of vanilla almond milk
3 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon on unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 of a banana
Blend all ingredients in the blender and enjoy!
