Teacher Appreciation Gift #2-Simple and Sweet

 

IMG_3261 Here it is Day #2 of Teacher Appreciation Week and what better way to show your appreciation than with a “Sweet Treat”….that is simple might I add!

Materials:

Colorful Candy ( Skittles or M&M’s work best)

Canisters (any size)-I found these at Ross for a reasonable price. I was able to make one for each of the boys’ teachers.

Computer with Word Processing Program

Color Printer

Ribbon

 Hot Glue Gun

Scissors

Step 1: Fill candy in the canisters.

Step 2: You will need to create a label for the top of the canister. You may need to play with the sizing according to the size of the cover.

Step 3: Once you have the right size, print, cut out, and then hot glue to the cover. I glued the label to some card stock first to make it more durable.

Step 4: Add some ribbon for pizzazz!

This may be a simple gift but it sure is a sweet way to show your appreciation!
